The Great Commission Collective is a group of pastors, elders, and leaders who provide wisdom, resources, support, and community to each other, training you to flourish as you lead a church or church plant.

Jesus gave us the Great Commission—the call to make disciples and teach them to follow what He taught us. We are stronger when we carry out this mission together— sharing an abundance of resources and collective support that promote longevity for our leaders and our churches.
History
The GCC’s history can be traced back to the founding of Harvest Bible Fellowship in 2001, which shared many of our same values of strong leadership, bold preaching, and planting churches—doing more together than what could be done alone.
After a series of challenging and troubling events, Harvest Bible Fellowship was dissolved in 2017. But out of this disintegration came something new—a group of leaders committed to building a new organization of gospel partnerships and churches. Out of this group, the Great Commission Collective was born.
More churches and leaders joined the movement, and in 2019, Dave Harvey was hired as president of the GCC. The focus shifted towards collaboration, strong AND healthy leadership, and training shepherd leaders marked by humility, integrity, and dependence on the Lord.
Through many faithful leaders, God kindled a new fire and gave new life through the GCC. Today, we are filled with hope as we continue to plant churches, strengthen leaders, and look toward a kingdom-focused future.

Soul Care Consulting provides training, resources, and consulting for leaders who want to lead healthy. Our partnership allows GCC members to receive a 20% discount on soul care resources. GCC members can also participate in refresh, reset, and restore retreats; lead healthy cohorts; content; and workshops.
Simeon Trust provides frequent, rich opportunities for GCC pastors and planters to further develop their strength in biblical exposition. GCC members receive financial discounts for conference wrap-around workshops, regional workshops, and online courses.
The praying leader coaching experience gives lead pastors a biblical pathway to spiritual leadership that empowers them for greater gospel ministry. GCC members receive personal coaching from Daniel Henderson and a $400 scholarship for this 90-day coaching cohort experience, cutting the cost in half.
Cedarville’s mission is to transform lives through excellent education and intentional discipleship in submission to biblical authority. GCC members receive a 25% tuition discount for online graduate programs, and priority for children of planters and pastors for scholarship money. They can also partner through Cedarville University to host a student residency.

Lead Ministry offers training and coaching for Ministry Leaders on a variety of topics, such as Children’s Ministry, Maintaining Margin in Ministry, Recruiting and Maintaining volunteers, How to Start an Internship Program, and Organizational Leadership.
Small Church USA has a vision to revitalize churches according to Deuteronomy 3:28a. Through a 12-month learning cycle, they encourage and strengthen lead pastors as they walk through 5 phases of church revitalization: Evaluation, Education, Participation, Activation, and Celebration.
The Collective is partnering with SCUSA to come alongside struggling churches, to see them revitalized to the Glory of God.
Parakaleo, believes that wives join fully in the planting mission and sees that they often face an ocean of brokenness and loneliness with little preparation or support. GCC Partners with Parakaleo to offers training and support for these ministry wives.
The Evangelical Council for Abuse Prevention was created to provide awareness, accreditation, and resources to help Christian organizations that serve kids, to protect the vulnerable in ministry. Over several years, ECAP developed a set of Child Safety Standards. These standards now serve as the basis for an Accreditation Program, which engages Christian ministries in a process of accreditation and renewal. ECAP is partnering with Great Commission Collective churches to help them make their ministries safe for kids.
Administer Justice is a non profit that comes alongside churches to help establish Gospel Justice Centers, which both serve the community, and provide an on-ramp to the church. A Gospel Justice Center is a legal ministry hosted by a church that opens its doors once a month for 4 hours (usually on a Saturday morning) to provide legal advice through a caring team of volunteers. At no cost to the church, all of the training, systems, liability insurance, and collateral are provided by Administer Justice.
There is no shortage of information on how to succeed in business. The problem is, the insight is typically rooted in worldly thinking – far away from the heart of God. GCC is partnering with CBF, to provide Biblically-based, CEO-level education from vetted thought leaders whose real-life experience has proven each teaching session effective and successful. Each session is delivered in high quality video in a workshop type setting.
