Multiplying DEEPER Training
Training is not just informing people with truth. Jesus didn’t just show up and talk. Jesus invited people to follow him, watch how he lived, listen to what he said, do what he command and process what they still needed to learn. If we are going to follow Jesus’ example and Paul’s exhortation to equip the saints for the work of ministry, we need to truly equip people in a DEEPER way than just telling them what to do. In this session, we will consider how to develop training environments that actually equip people for ministry.
